The Insanity Continues

The maintenance guy just left. He says it'll be easier to get me a new water heater but the manager wouldn't want him to without trying to replace parts first. He's asked me to confirm whatever he tells her he did. I agreed because I don't want workers in my kitchen tonight making a huge mess.
